Contact the Service Center for all service/work requests, trouble calls and maintenance emergencies for the Caltech campus.
There are three ways to request service:
by phone (24-hour service)

online (during daytime work hours)
You can place your service/work request online by submitting a Service/Work Request Form.
When contacting the Service Center, please have the following information available when making a request:
- Department Name
- Contact person's full name, telephone and email address
- Brief description of work required
- Location of work to be accomplished
Installation, maintenance or repairs to department equipment and property would normally be charged to the requesting party. Examples of chargeable equipment include movable equipment, laminar flow hoods, power conditioners, Neslabs, vacuum systems clean steam generators, sterilizers, processed chilled water systems, cold rooms, etc., carpet replacement, and air conditioning equipment specifically installed to serve a unique piece of laboratory equipment.
